Beignet Food Trailer
With its lively colors, this food stand is a perfect addition to any city, fairground or theme park. The trailer rests on 4 wheels, has a tow bar and is fully collapsible (less than 6 studs wide), so it can easily be transported to the next fair, just like the real thing.
This custom LEGO design is based on the food trucks you’d typically find at a fair or carnival in Belgium and The Netherlands. They serve all kinds of sweets, like cotton candy, waffles, donuts, candy apples, and a popular local specialty ‘Oliebollen’ (also called beignets or ‘croustillons’).
If you want to check how many of the LEGO parts you already have, you can download the XML file here before getting the instructions. If you are unfamiliar with Bricklink or uploading XML files, you can find a guide here.
Note 1: The minifigures included in the pictures are just for illustration, they are not included in the parts list or instructions, so you can add any minifigures you’d like.
Note 2: Some printed parts are included in the parts list, but can be replaced by other printed or unprinted parts you may have available, as you like.
Thank you for supporting my next projects by buying these instructions.
